  1. I found the standard Android Apps Cache but I do not have settings/app/buzz tv in the Buzz 5 menu, it's Advanced Settings/Device Preferences/Buzz 5 Utilities. Thanks.
  2. Ever since 2-3 weeks weeks ago, my device has been experiencing slight lag on normal channels, i.e. it would just stop for a fraction of a second. On some channels, this lag accumulates, it gets choppier and I eventually get an Android prompt the app is not responding. I have also had this lag while in the menu itself, i.e. I just tried unplugging the ethernet and switch to Wi-Fi and the Settings would not respond (no change with the issue between WiFi and Ethernet btw). I thought maybe it was an issue with the provider but I got another provider and am basically experiencing the same kind of issues with the new provider on other channels. My 50 megs DSL connection has not changed my hardware setup has not either, I just ran a speedtest and my speed is as advertised. Any ideas other than junking the device and getting a new one?
  3. It seemed better, I reverted back to the secondary once I saw the loss of functionality. The default basically has no video feed metadata information whatsoever.
  4. The default basically goes back to the same 4.x behavior so you lose all the information concerning the feed (i.e. resolution/audio).
  5. The other player being? I noticed VLC was the default, how do I change players?
  6. I don't recall 4.X having the issue at that level. Literally with the same audio interface level, channel 123 is almost a whisper while channel 124 is very loud. There also seems to be a greater lag between the audio popping up than 4.X did.
  7. Anyone having issues coming back from Standby? I just get a spinning circle and no channels load. If I reboot the box and reconnect to the portal, all is fine. Another issue I noticed with 5.0 is the wildly uneven audio levels between channels. I basically have to constantly adjust the audio levels, one channel is a feint whisper while another is way too loud. Thanks.
  8. 4.0.524 January 18th 2022 The problem is that the provider has 5 digits channels. For the Info, all I get is first the bottom OSD and then I get the program description.
  9. I just received my E2 the other day and there are couple of things that nag me: - The channel display digits seem limited to 4 digits, i.e. in the guide it shows 12034 but at the bottom of the OSD it only shows 1203. - Is there any way to get the feed specs through Info or some other mean (i.e. we have no idea if the feed is SD/HD/FHD or 4K or if the codec is MP4 or HEVC). My previous box displayed that information when pressing Info a couple of times. Thank you.
