I received my box and went to set it up when it came to the past of MAC SERVER, there is nothing there that has been filled in and it states Incorrect Server URL, http:// and experation date, All these fields are blank therefore can not load portal. When i bought this product online it stated live tech support is that also not the case? Anyboby can help????? Appreciate it
