YES... I used a pin and wiped the data to do a factory reset

Thank you for your quick response, I initially tried clearing the data but that did not help, then I did a hard reset and I'm still have the same issue any other suggestions?

Hello I have a BuzzTV XRS4500 with 4gigs of ram, running android security patch from September 5, 2020 Kernel 4.9.113, build V20220106.20220106 test keys and android 9 I am also running the buzztv app 5. This is the issue I am having: I will be watching a program and the buzztv 5 app will restart itself I currently have 2 IPTV providers 1 uses the MAC Address and the other uses Xtreme Codes Login in, I am having the same issue with both Do you have any suggestion on how to resolve this
