  3. Hi, my BT-200 was causing me issues with my Buzz 4900 device, so I was recommended the new BT-250 or the BT-400 as an alternative, Can anyone confirm they use the BACKLIGHT in the dark the same way my Bt-200 currently does?

  6. thanks for getting back to me nd trying to help with this, have followed all the steps as you instructed, only when I get to the step to the line under "No file selected" is highlighted, and press OK, instead of bringing up a file browser to locate my file, it just momemtarily goes black and then returns to the Server Settings, with the "MAC SERVER" option higlighhted. How can I fix this in order to get to the File location screen so I can choose my file. Thnaks again.
  7. Hey Guys, need your help in adding m3u playlist server to my Buzz 4500 using buzz5 application. I'm trying to use an m3u file playlist i have created and stored on my device, When I go to add an m3u playlist server, I see the option for "Choose File" just underneath the XML EPG URL (optional) line, but I am not able to select it in order to map the file location on my box, please help thanks
  8. wondering if anyone else is having these issues, after the most resent big firmware upgrade, the 4900 will on record any all all progams for only 30 minutes and then cuts off, was able to record all programs fully before, also, the catch-up feature with my provider, for all shows and hours, will now cut off and stop 30 seconds before the show is done, can someone confirm if this is a provider issue, or a firmware issue on my box, as other users with my provider are not experiencing the same issue, and lastly, does anyone knoe of a future feature on the box, or any future upgrades, for a "delete all for Recordings" be added to all recorded programs, instead of deleting one by one, thanks
  9. anyone know where to find the verbage discriptions for latest IPTV version updates, evertime my box updates, ' I dont have the time to read the changes, would like to go back and reread, if possible!
  10. must me a newbie here, but can't seem to be able to find y search history from my TV VOD provider servcer on the BUZZ5 platform. whenever viewing and then returning to the VOD search function, I have to constantly be retyping any movie or show I wish to look up. is there any way to save a list of past 10 or so names or terms I've been interested in?
  11. anyone else have a wishlist for future update feature to make the channel info bar take a little less space on the screen when changing channels, as well as make it a little more trasparent, in order to see some of the channel content, mine seems to be complete pitch black, just ideas to get a better visual apealling look for BuzzTV 5, as good as it may already be,

  13. buzztv 4 I would have thought would be included with the OS for the buzz box when downloading and installing the firmware and then restoring to that!
  14. what if you download and install a previous Firmware for the box, would that not reset it to original Buzz4 mode?
  15. Why not try to add that feature in future updates? Some of use would find that indispensable!
  16. Is there any way to delete a channel from the Last Channwl History list? I sometimes go to a channel to check it out, and I no longer wish to keep it on the History list, seems to me you can only clean the entire history list, instead of individual channels.
  17. A friend of mine has had same issues as all of us when recording from the EPG, and he has a therory that perhaps may help solving this issue. What she has noticed is that the EPG is broken up in time blocks of half hour segments, and for that reason, when using the “one button set” record method, the “buzztv5 beta” code won’t or can’t instruct the PVR to record a whole program but only that block of 30min visible on the EPG! The recording function works fine when manually scheduling a time duration separating, so it seems to be an EPG & coding instruction issues. any thoughts, any possibility?

  20. I seem to be have a real hard time with the PVR recording feature on the Buzz5 beta version. I am now able to record a tv program, but for some reason, any and all of any program I record, no matter the duration of it, be it a half hour, 1 hour or more, the recordings all complete and stop recording at the 00:30:05 min mark, so ony half an hour gets recorded. I have two different service providers, and have tried recording on both, and the same results happen for both. Any ideas.
