  1. I have forced stopped the app and cleared cache in my first round of troubleshooting..guess I should have said that in my post.. But thank you for the reply
  2. I forgot to mention I have done a hard reset..
  3. I recently bought a mate 1 in November for kids tv room...for the last week everyday the box has to be rebooted 2-3 times a day.. player is not responding need to reboot... across multiple form this seems to be a common problem with this unit...I understand it's a budget box but if possible could an update be pushed out to rectify the issue Thx in advance for any feedback
