  2. It was an easy fix, I used my own card and it took a few minutes. I wasn't crazy about having to reinstall everything on the box but that's life. Took me 20 minutes to put everything back on the box. Not the end of the world, I'm not a techie and this was very easy. I was upset too that my box wasn't updating but within a couple hours of my post asking when it would be fixed, I got the fix sent to me and was up and running less than an hour later. I really can't ask for more than that. Give the fix a try, I think you'll be happy with it.

  4. @Ryu Thanks for the suggestion but we've had the TV for over half a year, so pretty sure it's beyond the return policy. We didn't notice this issue until now because we recently plugged in a second device into the TV.

The way we do updates is we send them to boxes based on the Firmware Version # they're currently running Since X5s running 20220624 cannot properly take OTAs, we leave those out when sending updates. That is why, when you check for updates on the X5 and you're running 20220624 It says No Update Available or Up to Date. I believe you also have an Email Ticket with us through cs@buzztv.com And we offered a few solutions to you for your issue. I'm not sure why you're continuing with this on our Forums

  8. Micro SD card to 811, then OTA for 919. Both went smoothly and quickly on my X5.

  9. It usually means there is a background app running that Android cannot close when put into standby.

  11. I know having a Navigation bar is a good thing, but some people do not like to see it all the time, so here is how you can remove it. 1. From Main screen 2. Scroll down and Select Buzztv Utilities. 3. Scroll down and select Navigation bar 4. Click On Enable navigation bar The blue button will change to grey color. 5. Once you Click it will turn Grey 6. Press back few times till you are back to main screen and you are done, Enjoy
