	My question is , can I do the newest firmware update to this unit prior to bringing it to his house without doing all the regular setup stuff. It would be nice to give him an already to use unit.

	I have a new Classic Anniversary Edition, as a recent upgrade from the HD5. I did update the firmware immediately (20250412). Only the YouTube TV app audio &amp; video stutters occasionally. I also wrote to YouTube TV, but of course they never respond. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced the same issue with the app?

I am now living in SEA where there is double the voltage. Do I have to plug it into a transformer or these modern devices work work across the range. Thank you for your help in advance.</span>

	How do you do a hard boot. I've done multiple soft boots ( hold button then power). Wiped factory reset. Wiped cache. Was/am in a boot loop it seems. Cant use the box for what files but am upto date with Buzz and TV5 updates. Sept and Jan I believe.

	I recently purchased 2 buzz tv boxes for IPTV purposes. I used to use a program called Emby which I could access in my phone and it would record to my PC and I could see my channel list on there and link guide data to channels etc... anyways what I want to know is if I have 2 or more buzz tv boxes is there a way to do something similar to access recordings and settings across boxes so I don't schedule recordings more than once for example and also access the recordings on both boxes? Also can you limit how much to record of a tv show like only 5 episodes on any channel for example. Thanks

	Briefly, I have The Classic, and I have an SD Card added for extra storage, which is working fine.
</p>

<p>
	IF I try to record Live TV for instance, by pressing record whilst watching a TV show, the REC gets set, evident in the message and on the program guide, everything points to a successful recording;
</p>

<p>
	ALSO IF I go to Program Guide, and set a Recording in the future, the recording requests gets saved, the GUIDE indicates that the show is set to record.
</p>

<p>
	HOWEVER:<br />
	IN both cases above, the Recordings are not successful in that when I go to PVR Recordings, it is always empty.   Never been able to record, not onces.
</p>

<p>
	Any ideas?
</p>

	I recently bought the Classic and the BT 250 it came with is too busy for my wife, she prefers less buttons.  I ordered a BT 400 because I was under the impression it would work with The Classic.  It does but many of the functions that are controlled by the Smart Remote App aren't available without the app and apparently the app isn't available for download, it only comes installed on certain boxes.  Has anyone tried to use the 400 remote and had any success?

	My JBL charge 5 bluetooth speakers audio is lagging/breaking up since the firmware upgrade few days ago. Everything was perfect before that. I tried to do factory reset on buzz classic box but still no luck. But when I unpair my original buzztv remote under bluetooth option my JBL speaker works perfectly but the range of my IR is very weak when I go far like 15ft away my remote doesn't work so I have to use bluetooth option for my remote. Is it possible to revert back to previous firmware?

	Just recently purchased my Buzz 5 Classic and set up to record several programs. The recordings showed up in Recordings but when I clicked on a program is indicated "No recording found". Tried several more time with same results.  Am I doing something wrong or not doing something that I should?

	I am getting flickering freeze-framing every few seconds in IPTV with my new box. Very frustrating.  I am thinking that doing a Master reset might help but don't know how to perform it.  There is a reset in the settings but it is not the master reset.  How do you perform this?
