    Firmware 20230324 Buzz 5 App 5.0.799 I have tried both wireless and ethernet. Currently wired. Bell fibe internet 1G. Router in bypass mode. Have also tried VPN on or off

    Hi, I see that other Buzz5 units have had software/firmware updates. When can I expect one for the E5. I have live TV crashing, CEC connection issues (rare), bluetooth remote (BT250) won't connect most of the time, video freezes but audio continues OK ( backup video player helps but still some freezing connection issues. Note that my other non Buzz TV boxes don't have the connection freezing issues.)

    Do these TVs have LED or fluorescent backlight? LED backlight TVs I have not seen cause the issue. Fluorescent backlit TVs I have seen cause the issue. Depends on the frequency the backlight of the inverter running the backlight.

    Any update on how to fix this issue. I am also stuck on firmware V20191007 / 4.0.365.
