  1. One was launcher crashing and one was booting into recovery only. No amount of factory resets fix these issues
  2. I have two boxes both broken and one of them I already shipped back to get fixed and still the same issues when it came back and the rma tickets never gets answered for either box. I buy 100s of buzz tv boxes a year as I buy in bulk and I'm getting frustrated with the support system. The tickets have been open since July 9th and still not resolved
  3. Have an xr4500 hanging on buzztv screen during boot after the update. I can still get into recovery so could I get a file to flash on to fix it thanks
  4. Is it possible to have the search only search within the categories you have selected in the organize categories and not include the categories you have un selected with the organize categories? Currently if you don't have categories selected they still show up in the search
  5. I did they said I was out of luck because the serial number wasn't in warranty anymore
  6. Bricked my device when I tried it can't get into the recovery anymore
  7. This method bricked my box so now how do I fix it
  8. Tried to flash the file looked like it went ok then box rebooted and now it hangs on buzztv screen can't get back into recovery

  10. Yes it's on both players. Rebooting the box seemed to resolve it. But it's done it twice on the same box
  11. The video is not freezing but the audio is freezing like crazy unable to watch happened after the new update it was fine before the update and it's fine on my other boxes with the update. It's happening on the xrs4000
